We strive to achieve the highest possible customer service levels.  We aim to ensure every order is despatched for next working day delivery as soon as the purchase process is completed. 

All the items in our product list are normally available ex-stock and a substantial inventory of new sprayers, accessories and spare parts combine to support our customer service objectives.

Customers

In addition to the U.K. market we supply customers in europe and beyond.  Our customers include a range of businesses from major plc's to medium sized owner managed companies to sole traders.  We specialise in custom manufacture for specific and unique applications and by way of example we have supplied specialist equipment for rail companies, airports, government departments, oil rigs, film industry special effects and de-icing.

Payment, Prices, VAT and Delivery

Payment on line is via PayPal and all major credit and debit cards are accepted.

VAT : All the prices shown on the shop include VAT.

Delivery : Delivery to mainland UK addresses is by next working day parcel courier or first class post. Some items may incur a delivery charge.

We regret that addresses in the Highlands of Scotland,  Northern Ireland and all offshore destinations are subject to a carriage premium for parcel courier deliveries.   We are pleased to quote for these and overseas destinations and Saturday deliveries on request.
